Delivery Policy
Demi's Gift Baskets can hand delivery most anywhere in the Las Vegas valley, 7 days a week and
even most holidays! We can also often delivery same day with few exceptions.

Business and Residential deliveries
Local delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 per destination.
Delivery for orders over $95.00 are FREE.
We make every effort to get the basket in the hands of the intended recipient.
A contact name/number will be needed to confirm someone will be there to receive it.
If no one is home, we will only leave the basket at the door with your permission.
If the recipient of the basket refuses delivery, we will contact you. In some cases
it can be returned minus 20% restock fee and the $15 delivery cost.
This does not include custom baskets. We cannot refund for these and will arrange to have to
basket returned to you.
If we are not able to make the delivery due to no one home or unable to access a gated property,
there will be another $15.00 charge to return. This includes baskets over $75.00.
Hotel deliveries
Orders placed by hotel staff can be placed via the Hotel Orders page, ordering online or calling us.
We will need to know the full name of the registered guest for Guest Services to accurately find them.
Please note we cannot delivery to the room. The basket will be left with Concierge or Bell Desk.
We will only leave a basket once the intended recipient is confirmed as a registered guest.
Baskets containing alcohol
Orders can only be placed by someone over 21 and the person receiving it must also be 21+.
A signature will be required by someone over 21 before receiving the basket.
