Company Policy
Shipping policies
Shipping is done Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
We will typically ship within 24 hours and same day if possible when order placed before 10am.
FedEx is exclusively used unless otherwise requested.
Demi’s Gift Baskets, Inc is not responsible for any delays in shipping once turned over to the couriers and we
cannot provide any refunds due to delays out of our control.
We do our very best to carefully pack the items. If a basket arrives broken or cannot be delivered by the courier,
we will work with you on a replacement.
During periods of extreme heat, we may substitute chocolate for another item when shipping.
If this is the case, we will contact you first.
Shipping costs
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping cost is by weight plus $8.50 for secured packaging.
We will contact you on this amount at time of shipping.
Baskets containing alcohol
Baskets containing alcohol are shipped from our affiliate company. Please note that due to state restrictions, we
cannot ship to the following states: AL, AR, DE, KY, MA, MS, OK, PA, SD, UT.

Substitutions
We do our best to match as closely as possible the basket being ordered.
If a particular basket style or items contained therein are not available in time, Demi’s Gift Baskets
reserves the right to substitute with a basket/item of equal or greater value.
If a particular like-style or item is not available, we will notify you by phone.
